Shipping and Payment Policy

Most orders ship out the same day or next day via UPS. Orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday will usually ship on Monday. We do not ship on weekends. 

A tracking number is provided via email or text as soon as the order is shipped. 

Note: Tracking numbers may take 24 hours to update in UPS and USPS systems. Orders placed with a setup will require additional time before shipment. Delivery changes (hold for pickup, address change, etc.) must be requested before your order is shipped, otherwise they are the responsibility of the customer.

All guitars and basses are inspected prior to shipping. If you prefer to receive a factory-sealed item, please notify us before placing your order, or in the order instructions on the cart page. 

All orders over $100 ship for free within the US.

Standard shipping usually takes 1-5 business days depending on your location. If you need your order before a specific date, please contact us to determine the best shipping method for you.

We accept a wide range of payment methods and offer several Express Checkout options.
